DURABILITY TEST RESULTS

Wherever it is,
it will be hot.🔥

To check the durability of our products,
we are conducting various environmental tests.
Only a few representative tests are released here,
but more tests are conducted in the actual laboratory.

DURABILITY #01 Pressure Test

Useless if fragile.

No matter how good the performance is, if the durability is poor, it could not be an attractive product.

Existing heating cables cannot withstand the pressure of 9t and stop, but our nano heating film ㅊcan easily withstand the pressure of 9t.

Heating cables could be disconnected when pressure is applied intensively, but nano heating film the film side distributes the pressure so that heat can be generated continuously without being destroyed.

DURABILITY #02 Rapid Cooling & Impact Test

A heating product must
withstand the impact under
-40℃(-40℉) environment.

25℃(77℉, humidity 95%) → -40℃(-40℉)
After rapid cooling, 2.5J impact test.(7 times)

The nanoheating film was rapidly cooled from 25℃(77℉) to -40℃(-40℉), and then the film was impacted with 2.5J. We repeated this 7 times. Our film worked after all.

DURABILITY #03 Damage Test

It heats up,
even if it is damaged.

If the cable is damaged,
the entire cable stops working.
The nano heating film, however,
continue heating even if it is damaged.

#04 Flexibility Test

After folding,
it keeps heating.

Even when the nano heating film was folded more than 1,000 times, it generated heat without any problems. Compared to ITO film, it showed excellent flexibility. We proved that it can be bent to fit any curved surface.
