APPLICATIONS #01 Nano Heating Film

It was not made in a day.

The result of years of development,
Nano heating film.

From the beginning of the business, the nano heating film, which was made through years of R&D, has excellent performance as an ultra-low power heating element. It is a representative product of Nano Electronics that is applied to other products of the company.

APPLICATIONS #02 Smart Tumbler

We thought that
it is easy at first.

A year long investment in joint development with other company. Making the world's first portable tumbler that boils at 95℃

We wanted to produce a product that applied nano heating film, and that was a portable smart tumbler. We thought we could complete product development and launch in 3 months, but we were wrong. As product development continued, unexpected problems arose, and it took a year to produce the world's best performing smart tumbler.

Even though the product have been completed, the project has been temporarily put on hold as the company that requested joint development has spent more than expected. It was a rather difficult task as it was the company's first applying production, but through this, we were able to learn various know-how about product development. And the know-how acquired from this has been of great help in product development.

APPLICATIONS #03 Smart Chair

Starting with the 1st prototype and delivering up to the 2nd additional quantity.

As part of the smart city project in 2022, the smart bench was adopted, and a nano heating pad was specially manufactured and sold as a part of the smart bench for the LH Land and Housing Research Institute.

Based on our product production know-how,
we were able to produce and deliver products relatively quickly.

We thought that
it would be easy at first.

Manufactured the world's first portable tumbler that boils at 203℉

We wanted to produce a product that applied nano heating film, which was a portable smart tumbler. We thought we could complete product development and launch in 3 months, but we were wrong. As the product development continued, unexpected problems arose, and it took a year to produce the world's most powerful  smart tumbler.

Although the product was completed, the project was temporarily put on hold because the company that requested joint development has spent more than expected. It was a rather difficult task because it was the company's first application production. However through it  we acquired various product development know-how.

Eco Way is a road heating system designed to prevent road accidents in winter. 
Eco Way is based on our core heating product, the nano heating film.
Compared to the existing heating cable method,
nano heating film's maintenance and repair costs are outperforming,
and many places want to apply our products.
