We have successfully mass-produced 3D nano heaters, made with copper nanowires. Our innovative process is low-cost and environmentally friendly, and it can be done without vacuum equipment. This means that our heaters can be mass-produced at room temperature, making them more accessible and affordable. The heaters are highly efficient, with energy savings of up to 90%. Commercial production is planned for early 2024.

Heats up evenly.

It is important and difficult to spin the nanofibers evenly. When the nanofibers are spun evenly, 3D Nano Heater heats up evenly. After years of development we were able to create a 3D Nano Heater that met our needs.

Withstanding 9t
of pressure.

Heating cables cannot withstand the pressure of 9t but our nano heating film works well even with the pressure of 9t.  In the case of a heating cable, pressure is intensively applied to the cable and the shape is damaged. In the case of nano heating film, however, the flat surface of it distributes the pressure so that the shape is maintained.

Heating cables cannot withstand the pressure of 9t, but our nano heating film works well even under the pressure of 9t.  In the case of a heating cable, the pressure is  applied to the cable intensively, and the shape is damaged. However, in the case of 3D Nano heater, the flat surface of the film distributes the pressure so that the shape is maintained.

If the cable is damaged, the entire cable stops working.
However, the 3D Nano Heater will continues to heat even if it is damaged.

After folding,
it keeps heating.

Even when the nano heating film was folded more than 1,000 times, it generated heat without any problems. Compared to ITO film, it showed excellent flexibility. We proved that it can be bent to fit any curved surface.

Our product has an electrical resistance of 1Ω, which is significantly lower than that of competing products such as graphene, CNT, and silver nanowires. This reduces power loss caused by resistance, making it possible to apply the film to portable products.

Our product keeps operating even if it was punched by machine. Besides we succeed in making our film transparent(90%). With these features, we can customize the shape you want.

Although our products have superior heating performance, power consumption is less than heating cables up to 90%, enabling long-term heating even with portable batteries. This made it possible to develop portable heating products that were previously impossible or difficult to commercialize.

Our products generate heat with low power, so there is less risk of fire compared to heating cables. In addition, even if the film is damaged, electricity can flow safely, reducing the risk of fire due to short circuit or overload.

In the case of a heating cable, the heating area is limited due to the shape of the cable, and heat loss inevitably occurs because heat energy is emitted in all directions. The nano-heating film, on the other hand, can heats up rapidly because it generates heat in a bottom-up manner over a large film area.

In the heating cable, alternating current flows and electromagnetic waves are generated. Our nano heating film, however, is made of ultra-fine copper nanofibers and does not generate harmful electromagnetic waves by using a DC current method.

Existing nanofibers like graphene, carbon nanotubes, and silver nanowires are produced through very expensive materials and processes. However, our nano heating film uses copper in nano units which price is cheaper than those. So our product can be sold at reasonable prices.
